We ensure 98% up time to our customers for all the installed instruments across the country.

We are the only company in Pakistan offering Quality and HI Tech product’s in Pakistan and ensure our products on third party quality control. We are a total solution provider, helping diagnostic and research laboratories throughout Pakistan in establishing synergism with worldwide standards.

Applications Laboratory

Our applications laboratory is fully equipped for wide range of lab applications in clinical testing,immnu Assay , HPLC ,  (NAT), Proteomics, and Gene Expression, where our clients are invited to first try our products and even run test batches without making a commitment of purchase.

Services Department

• Our nine highly competent foreign-trained engineers and staff work round the clock to provide our client with immediate technical support from our four strategically located service labs across Pakistan.
• We offer long term support and service facility to our valued customers. Free service is provided within the warranty period of the instrument after which a service agreement is offered ensuring 98% uptime of all sold instrument.

To facilitate our customers we also provide them with free backup in the most cases of instrument malfunction so that their work flow is not affected. We invest very heavily in our customer’s sustainable growth and highly quality patient reports to the community.
